Difference between swipe and scroll #221

Depending on the acceleration speed in the beginning one could differentiate 
between scrolling and soiping.

@JoKer777vs.666, I'm sorry, maybe just change the status was a little bit rude, 
please accept my apologies.

uTouch, the library that is used by Touchégg and that manages the gesture 
recognition, doesn't implement the difference between swipe and scroll. For 
this reason it is not possible to implement.
