Add regex matching to application name #236

It would be very useful to allow for substring matching or regex matching of
application names in the configuration.

Trying to set a rule for use with Google Chrome, for instance, doesn't work
because the application title is dependent on the page being viewed. There is
always a portion of the title that says google chrome, so being able to match
on that substring would allow me to get much more use out of this application.

I'd like to bump this request.
I believe something has changed in the way Google Chrome creates its titles,
since for about a month now I cannot "target" Google Chrome with my Touchegg
config.

Whether before I could target it with "Google-chrome", or simply "chrome", now
it seems impossible to target it anymore.
Here are some of the application names I've tried, but no luck so far.
    <application name="Firefox, Google-chrome, google-chrome, chrome, google-chrome-stable, /opt/google/chrome/chrome">

PS: Firefox still works great.

I agree that this would be a very useful feature.
