Change project setup #1

Change the project structure, to allow node js layer between rust code and user code. This also add (temporally) dataStax driver as a filler for the future driver code. This is done as mentioned today.

This is just GH trying to earn money. Up to 15 reviewers works for paid subscription OR public repos. Private repos on free accounts have the limit of 1 reviewer at a time.

If you prefer to have the repo public instead, we can convert anytime.

Maybe more legal question: if Apache allows for editions of the code, instead of having the license notice in each file, can we just move it to single file and still comply with license and copyright notice condition?
