feature(GithubIssues.svelte): Improved copy to clipboard UX #424

This commit changes how copy to clipboard button works for Issue View, allowing user to choose one of 3 formats (HTML, Markdown, Plain Text) and showing him the selected issue table as Preview.

Fixes #388
