This change removes sni-proxy tests from this version as the sniproxy docker container lingers after the first run, causing failures on re-use. This was fixed in scylladb/python-driver@eeb6ddc9

Yes, I didn't take a deep look at the commit in question, I thought it was larger than what it actually is.
