Workflows: Automatically add new issues to Drivers-Team Project #333

Every issue that is opened and reopend will be autoamtically added to the team project with status "NEW".

I think this can be configurable on the project, and we don't need those

I couldn't find how to do it for more than one repo.

Nevermind, I found it... I just needed to duplicate the workflow per repo. Closing.

Well, it's also limited by amount of workflows. For now could add it for 5 different repos.
