AMIs supporting Enhanced Networking are not built with the ixgbevf driver version older than the minimum recommended by Amazon #16

Our AMIs are using the in-box ixgbevf driver for all distributions we support:

CentOS 7
Fedora 23
Ubuntu 16.04

All distros above have ixgbevf driver version 2.12.xx, while Amazon instructs here to have at least version 2.14.2.

On the document it uses 2.16.4 and call it "newer version", actually we have more newer one on sourceforge. Do you think we should use latest version (3.2.2)? I think AWS document specifies minimum recommended version, but does not limits maximum version / or does not specified one version.

@syuu1228 I believe we should use the latest stable version (which seems to be 3.2.2 at the moment, like u've mentioned).
