need to collect "debug log" for setup scripts when test job failing #5031

On latest master, I added "debug log" feature for scylla setup scripts, we need to collect logs when it exists. see: https://github.com/scylladb/scylla/pull/10472, https://github.com/scylladb/scylla/pull/10730

It will generate to /var/tmp/scylla/{filename}-{pid}-debug.log.

Note that when we re-use same node for multiple jobs, we need to delete debug logs when job is finished.
