Update our cassandra-harry Docker image #6186

We might want to produce a newer one and use it.

our version is based on https://github.com/apache/cassandra-harry/commit/42a50b445163783ee9b986053f0e9cee611b4688

since then there were 15 commits, in two years, majority of them are minor changes.

regardless we were using it in one test case, and were waiting for a whole year for one scylla issue to be found/fixed, when we'll start using it again regular, we might build a new version.
