`create-sct-test-jobs-for-branch` job not created few SCT tests under enterprise branch #6835

During branch creation of enterprise-2024.1, the create-sct-test-jobs-for-branch job not created the following SCT tests:

unified-deb job failed with ERROR: 20:53:51 ERROR: Job /enterprise-2024.1/rolling-upgrade/rolling-upgrade-with-sla-test does not exist link to the log: https://jenkins.scylladb.com/view/enterprise-2024.1/job/enterprise-2024.1/job/unified-deb/3/

Can you take a look at why it isn't not created ?

@fruch I see that those jobs exist but they are disabled. Checking

@juliayakovlev - I created them manually and put them in disabled just to allow unified-deb to pass, cause we needed it for 2024.1-rc0/rc1 release.

We filter them out in the sct.create_test_release_jobs and do not handle in the sct.create_test_release_jobs_enterprise
