CentOS7 deprecation adjustments for manager tests #3840

Since CentOS7 was deprecated and its images were replaced in SCT (https://github.com/scylladb/scylla-cluster-tests/pull/7362, https://github.com/scylladb/scylla-cluster-tests/commit/aaca6347260cc8543431ce9761e36ffbe82e465d) with Ubuntu we need to adjust our manager tests and triggers to these changes.

It's a blocker for all pipelines in manager master branch.
