Update Spark to version 3.5.1

This PR is a prerequisite for #149.

• Include hadoop-aws.jar in the migrator so that our users don’t need to add it manually to their Spark classpath
• Update to Spark 3.5.1, Scala 2.13, and AWS SDK 2.x

We should merge https://github.com/scylladb/spark-cassandra-connector/pull/5 first.

This PR unblocks #149 and #142.
