Show a message like “ScyllaDB Migrator 1.0.0” at start up
Use sbt-dynver to compute the version from “git describe”
Use sbt-buildinfo to include the version number computed at “build-time” into the program

Fixes #159

In practice, the assemblies that we will produce in the release workflow will always contain a version number based on the release tag name.
