docs: Issue on page Monitoring #2153

I would like to report an issue on page https://operator.docs.scylladb.com/v1.14/monitoring

Problem

Missing section on how to use your own Grafana server.

Suggest a fix

Include docs/necessary steps to use your own Grafana server, which is a more likely scenario in production settings.

We support only the managed setup with ScyllaDBMonitoring. You are free to deploy Prometheus and Grafana on your own but in that case you should be well acquainted with how metrics scraping works. Depending on whether you use a Prometheus Operator or not the setup would also differ.
