Support Kustomize #775

Is this a bug report or feature request?

What should the feature do:

Allow users to point at this repo as a remote base for kustomzie deployments

Additional Information:

The base YAML/manifests are already being created, would only need to create the kustomization.yaml file so that users could point to it.
