Store the git of Scylla Stress Orchestrator in iteration-directory #2

To make sure that we can reproduce the exact environment for a benchmark, the git commit of Scylla Stress Orchestrator should be stored in the Iteration directory.

This feature has been implemented. So if you make the benchmark project a git repo, then a hash to the current commit of the benchmark will automatically be added to the iteration directory.
