docs: Issue in page AWS Virtual Private Network (VPC) Peering Setup Guide - remove the same region restriction #8

I would like to report an issue in page https://cloud.docs.scylladb.com/master/cloud-setup/aws-vpc-peering

Problem

the following sugget VPC peering can only be done in the same region. This is not true. "VPC Region - Select the region your VPC is set in. Make sure this is the same region as the cluster region."

Suggest a fix

Remove the "Make sure this is the same region as the cluster region" part
