This commit adds a redirection for the removed consistency calculator page. The change will be released with ScyllaDB 5.4.

Merge only after https://github.com/scylladb/scylladb/pull/14554 is merged.

@dgarcia360 This is the first PR to add a redirection in this repo after a page in the scylladb repo was removed. Could you review it to make sure it's correct?

I'm closing this PR as invalid.

We're not removing the calculator.
Even if we did, the redirection should be added in the scylladb repository.
