docs: Issue in page OS Support by Linux Distributions and Version #15492

  1. Remove EOL version of ScyllaDB OSS - Anything below 5.0
  2. Rename '5.3' to '5.4'
  3. Remove EOL versions of ScyllaDB Enterprise - anything below 2021.1
  4. Remove Ubuntu 14.04, 16.04 from OSS matrix
  5. Remove Debian 8, 9 from OSS matrix
  6. Add Rocky 9 (@roydahan ?) to OSS matrix, for 5.2?
  7. Add '(End Of Life)' next to 2021.1 version (in Enterprise matrix)
  8. Remove Ubuntu 14.0.4 from Enterprise matrix
  9. Remove Debian 8 from Enterprise matrix

AFAIR Rocky9 wasn't ready for 5.2. But need to verify.

Remove EOL versions of ScyllaDB Enterprise - anything below 2021.1

Enterprise version will be removed from Open Source docs and vice versa. https://github.com/scylladb/scylladb/issues/15484
