Create e-reader versions of tutorial #421

In addition to building the tutorial in single-page and page-per-chapter HTML and for-printing PDF, add additional formatting targets for e-readers:

  1. PDF more suitable for e-readers, assuming a smaller paper (e-readers are not A4 sized) or larger font (that's sort of equivalent), and no need for paper margins.
  2. epub and mobi formats

An interersting question is what to do about code samples. These should either use a small font to fit, or somehow their lines get properly broken to fit the smaller screen.

video is even better scylladb have done really something really really awesome but they are not making enough noise . start with medium ( small tutorials once a week ) . videos . a-z tutorials for complete beginners ( like my self) guys please start it
