Proposal: floating menu on mobile #135

The table of contents is displayed after the page content on mobile devices.

To improve the mobile navigation, we could add a floating menu in the bottom right corner to navigate through the documents of the site. Here's an example taken from docusarus documentation

@tzach @lauranovich What do you think about adding a floating menu on mobile devices?

I think this is a great idea. What is the investment involved?
