switching to the old version or the latest one is a good thing i'm happy to hear that. but still have to be limited to going back to the old version, because it looks like it will make it a little complicated for liquidsoap. like i want old liquidsoap version 1.4.4 but after seen from developer lisquidsoap itself only sopport for ubuntu before jammy

With the installer command -m you can already install a liquidsoap version that you want. But for sure you must make sure it is working and build for 22.04
yep I understand about that. I mean when this AzuraCast ansible can be downgraded, it must be limited downgraded to a version that adapts to support OS jammy version for the liquidsoap too :)
@scysys Have you found that you can upgrade to the latest version of Azuracast, both stable and rolling release? hopefully you can find it
There is nothing to figure out. The integration of the upgrade is not a problem at all. I use AzuraCast in another software as integration. Until I'm ready there, there's no reason for me to upgrade to a newer version. As soon as I'm ready myself, I'll finish the upgrade process here. 😀
@scysys v18.5 fesh install update to liquidsoap to version 2.2.0 was successful but autodj is not running
Upgrade to Liquidsoap 2.2.x has be done after the latest Stable 18.5. You must use under 2.2.x.
well, I reverted to the previous version and it's back to normal. maybe there are a lot of changes in version 2.2.x it seems, especially the crossfade I feel in the docker version, like rediscovering a similar crossfade in version 1.4.x. Thank You
Its normal. You cant use Liquidsoap 2.2.x on latest stable. For that we need to wait for next Stable release. I dont want to use or support here the rolling releases :p
yeah I agree the stable version is better hehehe..
@scysys AzuraCast 0.19.1 (Aug 21, 2023) maybe you want to try it :)
Are you sure we should? I saw a few issue requests after the team published 0.19.0
I'm still testing docker version 0.19.1, it seems there are no fatal problems. I'm testing, it's just the need for atodj and webhook and statistics. still under observation
I'll close this, buddy. The 0.19.1 upgrade will be available today. We can use Discussions if we encounter no errors here.
@scysys Available Commands there are the same: -v = --upgrade_rrc -v = --version
Dont saw it. Sorry for waiting. Should be fine now
