9 add support for more formats #11

In this PR I made several changes:

I significantly increased the number of supported formats, by creating SCodes::SBarcodeFormats flags
I exposed the possibility to set formats accepted by SBarcodeFilter
I updated the README

Support for the following formats (compared to current master) was added and tested:

Generating
- UPC-A
- UPC-E
- EAN-8
- EAN-13
- Code 39
- Code 93
- Codabar
- ITF
- Aztec
- PDF417
Scanning
- UPC-A
- UPC-E
- EAN-8
- EAN-13
- DataBar
- Code 39
- Code 93
- Aztec
