Added Convolve model to funcFit #19

Also changed __combineRemapping to staticmethod in onedfit.py This new class has been added to SanityCheck, too.

With this request, I've added two more additions:

A modified version of read1dFitsSpec, which allows the user to map fits header keywords
percentileWidth in pyasl, which allows to calculate the width of a spectral line.
