[BUG] - Improvise the Room-page UI in mobile view

Describe the Bug: The current room-page layout in mobile view is not apealing and has a bad spacing between different components.

To Reproduce: Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Generate a Room
2. Turn the viewport into mobile view.

• OS: Windows 11
• Browser : Chrome
• Version : 121.0.6167.184

Additional Context: Refer to other similar apps for UI. It is advised to implement a togglable sidebar for different drawing elements and some buttons as per need.
