Not compatibie with Thunderbird 68+

With Thunderbird 68 the plugin architecture changed and requires update of this plugin to continue working.

Can we expect an update of this great module to be compatible with Thunderbird 68? :)

I hope/plan so, but currently have no time to deal with it.
Also I am no Thunderbird/Firefox extension expert, so I don't know whether this is possible with the new extention architecture at all. So any help is welcome :-)

It seems as flexible-identity (one of the sources for cusedar) is now updated.
So first thing would be to look at this changes, maybe picking them up will bring the 68+ compatibility into reach.

It seems, part of the functionality is now available with Thunderbird 78:

Need to check and update (or depreciate) this extension.

Note: It is said you can add "*@" in the respective setting to enable this functionality for all receivers.

I can confirm that you don't need this extension anymore for Thunderbird 102.
