The user just needs to set a domain name, set a start time and set an end time, just in three fields. When clicking on its icon, the user expects to open the settings, only to see an option “SchduleBlock” and click on it, and it jumps to the Chrome extension page.

I'm not completely sure what you mean by that, could you send screenshots with key areas highlighted?

If I were a user who doesn't know about regular expression, just want to add addresses and set timers, it feels hard to get started. For a new user, he/she would click on the icon, then click on “SchduleBlock”. What the new user actually needs is not to go to the GitHub page, but to see the options.

Well, yes, the options are in there. That's how browsers operate, not much I can do about that.
