Document how to do batch training #387

Someone asked about batch training, so I thought something could be written about it. Feel free to amend to your liking.

Got rid of the advice to use silent mode. As the maintainer, I don't feel comfortable telling people to ignore the warnings I took the time to write.

Not against an Issue to collect the errors during batch training and report them all out at the end though 🙂
