Deprecated: Call-time pass-by-reference has been deprecated #63

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install PageAttachment
2. Load any page
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Pages load normally, but this error appears at the top:
"Deprecated: Call-time pass-by-reference has been deprecated in 
/home/example.com/extensions/PageAttachment/category/CategoryManagerHelper.php 
on line 45"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

  PageAttachment version  : 3.0.0-alpha1
  MediaWiki version       : 1.19
  PHP version             : 5.3
  Operating System name   : Linux (shared server)
Operating System version:

Hi Kaia:

Just tested it on MacOSX 10.7.5 & Debian 6.0 and cannot reproduce.  I have 
enabled all error logging & error display and not getting the deprecated 
message.  Maybe, my settings are little different than yours.  

Would you please share a little more details of your installation, for example, 
more details on your PHP settings, logging settings, Linux distro details, etc.

Okay, able to reproduce this on Windows Vista & IE7

Not on Debian, hmmm!!!
