sdcMicro: k-anonymity button disappears #83

Operating system used: Windows

Using shiny GUI in Firefox.

I set up an sdcProblem, chosing some key variables. Went to Establish k-anonymity'. ChoseYes' for Apply k-anonymity to subsets of key variables?'. Then ChoseNo' for `Apply k-anonymity to subsets of key variables?'. Then the button to apply k-anonymity has gone and I cannot get it back.

hi @ppdewolf, thx for reporting. I was able to reproduce the issue and pushed a fix that will appear in the next version (https://github.com/sdcTools/sdcMicro/commit/ffa4ec2ba03b3194ff8601eecb84501e451ff2af).
