Adds use_nsfw_filter checkbox to plugin #18

shows NSFW checkbox in Config tab
when enabled, images will be filtered for NSFW content
a black image is returned if NSFW is found
the NSFW check applies to txt2img, img2img and upscaling

I was going to look at it at weekend. Anyway if you really want nsfw filter, I would recommend to create PR to parent repo (https://github.com/AUTOMATIC1111/stable-diffusion-webui). I will add anything they merge pretty fast.

you are correct that some of these changes should first be applied to webui since you're using their code.

I have decided to move on to a separate project that doesn't use webui, but I will reopen this in case you have interest in cherry picking the interface changes or can use anything else from the PR.
