Enhancement: side scrolling patterns/concepts

Patterns are now grouped by overarching section. To make them easier to navigate (especially on mobile), and take up less screen real-estate, it would be helpful to have them scroll side to side.

Additional improvement: Filtering

In addition to the side-scrolling behavior, a live tag-based filter to each category would be handy. As this is a dynamic feature in nature, it is probably best to render this on the client-side, using an existing javascript template/framework.

Partially done, side scrolling visuals added. Filtering not available, but addressed by taxonomical references.
