Merge of changes made to upload python-dali to PyPI #39

Add to change somethings to upload the project to PyPI

You also should ask @sde1000 about his user on pypi and add him to package owners. IMHO it's up to the main author deciding if and when to publish... YMMV. And BTW i ask you to add me to the package admins ;) (user rnix on pypi). Thanks

I was not trying to hijack the project :)

I opened the issue months ago, since I got no answer and could really use pypi I went forward with it.

Of course I will handle the ownership of the package to it's rightful owner!

For reference, my username on pypi is sde1000. I only have one package there so far: https://pypi.python.org/pypi/xkbcommon/

I've added a commit that incorporates most of your changes. It's currently in branch 'pypi'. Can you see if it works for you?

I'm fine, will you push the new version (0.4) to PyPI ? I've already handed over the ownership
