Quick printout of price list on receipt printer.

Maybe an option for a PDF price list too?

Could be an "app", could be a Manage Till function, could go anywhere really! Could possibly even live in quicktill.tillweb and output HTML instead!

Prettier and more flexible versions still wanted!
