1 year ago It looks like the sequence of actions here was:
- 21:04:09 Void three lines from transaction 955050
- 21:04:17 Refund £23.80 to original card
- 21:04:31 Add 3 pints Moravka
- 21:04:37 Add pint of Pegasus
- 21:04:40 Add bottle of cider
- 21:04:44 Take £23.60 from new card
So why did the transaction not close after the refund was initiated at 21:04:17?

Why was the full amount of the original transaction refunded, rather than just the difference between the two transactions?
(In this particular case, the refund was issued and then the full amount was taken as a new payment. Why???)
