Stop users getting stuck when Square is having an outage #266

When Square is having a problem, users can get stuck on a pending Square transaction - when they use their token at a terminal, it takes them back to their most recent transaction and tries to contact Square again.

Add an option to the Square transaction progress dialog to enable users to detach themselves from a transaction in progress. Perhaps "Recall Transaction"? Only enable this after a failed API call or a significant timeout.
