Sometimes it will be useful to show only a subset of configured card terminals, based on the till configuration. For example, at pub festivals the festival bar card machine shouldn't be shown at the main bar, and the main bar card machines shouldn't be shown at the festival bar. At EMF, the cybar card machines shouldn't be shown at the main bar, and vice versa.
Perhaps add a "flags" setting to the config file, and enable card terminals visibility to be gated based on flags? This could also be used for features like cash drawers.
