Printing labels during a stock take #292

At the moment the "reprint stock label" function is blocked for items that have stock types in scope for a stock take. There's no good reason for this, and it's often useful to reprint labels during a stock take.

Ultimately it would be nice to have a "print label" button in the stock take UI!
