  1. an editable memo file where all users can make a note of stock that has run out for re-ordering.
  2. When entering deliveries - default to the most used field ie Milton rather than Milestone, to save time.

Would (1) be like a wiki page?

I'll create a separate issue for (2), it sounds like a good idea and I should be able to do it fairly easily.

  1. press a button on till or keyboard- open a simple text box. Type in the stock that has ran out. Choose to add another or close.

The manager then can open it for quick reference on an order day
