I think we could do that "on-demand". What do you think?

A problem that would arise is that we probably should keep the worker as standalone and complete as possible. And this would be against that.

Actually, scratch that. Let's schedule an event to mark invoices as "late" every 24hours. We just need Henrique to tell us when are invoices due.
