emoticon list #186

would be nice to have a command/function or something like that which would list all available emoticons. I know we do some basic tab completion for this, but it's somewhat limited and it would be nice to see just a single legend-like page or something which would list them all at once.

Should we just add this to the docs and close the ticket? Or do we want to generate our own internal index page?

Maybe we can add a link to the cheat sheet from within the UI?
