Is there anyway currently of seeing information, MAC/uptime/IP, of connected devices? Would it be possible to build one in?

What you are searching for is a Captive portal software like http://www.chillispot.org/ This script are only to set up your wireless card as an access point (hardware configuration). He control for Mac, uptime, IP of connected devices must be managed other way
