[BUG]update vs fresh install; different versions? #802

Module Version: v0.9.18

Describe the bug If I do a fresh install, it installs 0.9.18, but if i run an update, it installs 0.10.0, which doesn't seem to work. From what I can tell, isn't that the alpha version that is being tested separately right now?

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. install fresh
  2. see 0.9.18
  3. run upgrade
  4. See 0.10.0

Expected behavior I thought 0.10.0 was a separate thing that people could opt into using a sperate manifest link.

Foundry Version: 10.312

Game System: DnD5e

Additional context I had run an update on all my modules and all of a sudden tidy5e sheet wasn't working or even showing up in modules list of my world. It said it was version 0.10.0 even though the github was saying that version wasn't official yet. I deleted it and reinstalled, and it was 0.9.18 again, but then my entire foundry server crashed when i attempted to load into the world. Not sure if it's related to this or just an unfortunate coincidence

minimal version for 0.10.0 is 2.4.0 did you update the dnde5 system to 2.4.0 ?

This happened to my boyfriend, he has not updated 5e specifically because he didn't want this and midi to break, but the module updated past what could run it. Apparently it also happened to "build a bonus" too
