Wow, where did you find this link? That is a pretty old one (assuming it dates back to WCup 2010 in 2010).
Anyway, you don't need webstart to run Geco (it was for a specific use case). You download the archive, unzip it, then you should have a geco-2.3.jar file. Double-click on it to launch Geco. If your Java is correctly installed, it should run automatically. If not, you might need to reinstall Java (JRE aka Java Runtime is enough)
Hi, I tried to run Geco and found some webstart, but got this error: com.sun.deploy.net.FailedDownloadException: Unable to load resource: http://crco.free.fr/gecows/gecows.jnlp at com.sun.deploy.net.DownloadEngine.actionDownload(Unknown Source) at com.sun.deploy.net.DownloadEngine.downloadResource(Unknown Source) at com.sun.deploy.cache.ResourceProviderImpl.getResource(Unknown Source) at com.sun.deploy.cache.ResourceProviderImpl.getResource(Unknown Source) at com.sun.javaws.Launcher.updateFinalLaunchDesc(Unknown Source) at com.sun.javaws.Launcher.prepareToLaunch(Unknown Source) at com.sun.javaws.Launcher.prepareToLaunch(Unknown Source) at com.sun.javaws.Launcher.launch(Unknown Source) at com.sun.javaws.Main.launchApp(Unknown Source) at com.sun.javaws.Main.continueInSecureThread(Unknown Source) at com.sun.javaws.Main.access$000(Unknown Source) at com.sun.javaws.Main$1.run(Unknown Source) at java.lang.Thread.run(Unknown Source)
Thanks
