Have custom text on home and profile page if the user has no linked accounts. #112

Home page:

It may be nice to have a link and message on the home page that directs the user to the profile page to encourage account linking.

Profile page:

The table headers probably need to go if there are no linked accounts, and a similar message (or possibly some instructions) could take up this space.
