Identify areas for alt tags and add them for A11Y concerns

• add alt tags to things like FA icons, the actual QR code, etc.

• should we make QR code more accessible by "providing a simple, readable short URL" in the alt tag which can be read by a screen reader or leave it as a generic, "QR code" alt tag for screen readers without specific link. If we want to make it more specific, this raises the issue of how we can pass in that link to the alt tag. lmk what you think. there are definitely other pressing matters, but this is the biggest accessibility concern i think we have left
