Mixed content on Github.io #41

Sources from Cloudfare, Google, and others are pulled in as http and not https in the github.io site. This makes the console unusable when accessing the site as https. These resources should be loaded as https for security and usability purposes.

Didn't realize I already made a PR for this, #39
