if multiple instances of MM are running from the same files, and MMM-Config is being used, the form files are overwritten #45

becuase different config.js are used, the in use modules and their data, and positioning is incorrect.

need to add the identifier and add some cleanup if the identifiers might change between runs... the builder doesn't know the identifier so that needs to be passed
