Replace "Secure Payments" Point in Homepage and Replace With Something Else #158

One of the selling points on the homepage is the "Secure Payments" feature. We don't have this feature implemented yet so we need to remove it from the homepage as a selling point for V1.0. We can add it later if we ever get secure payments working
