Use case for history command is incomplete with missing steps in DG #9

Description

The use case for checking history command does not include the 2 differing behaviours of the history command : one which is just history, and the other which is history INDEX. The current use case only addresses the history command and does not include steps for the command with the index.

The use case also does not include extensions for commands that cannot be re-run, such as the delete command for invalid index
